Michael Murphy Endowed Fund for the CMU Experience

Michael Murphy is stepping down in June 2016 as Carnegie Mellon's Vice President for Campus Affairs.

Carnegie Mellon has been extremely fortunate to have had his leadership and talent for 34 years. In that time, there has been very little about campus life that Michael has not touched, from shaping the division of student affairs, to upholding and advancing high academic standards, to overseeing new facilities and buildings, to representing CMU locally and nationally.

We invite you to join us in making a gift to the university in honor of Michael and his many achievements. We have created the Michael Murphy Endowed Fund for the CMU Experience that recognizes and supports Michael’s legacy and the university he loves so much. Annual income from the fund will be used for innovations that enrich and improve life on campus, especially those that benefit CMU students.

In addition, we want to hear your best Michael Murphy stories! Share them on Facebook or Twitter - #ThanksMikeMurphy.

Gifts in any amount are welcome, and pledges are payable over up to five years.
